As September drew to a close, I realized I hadn’t had a chance to visit the Hundested Sand Sculpture Festival yet this year. With the festival ending on October 20, time was slipping away. So, when I saw the nice weather, I decided it was the perfect opportunity to go for a walk and check it out.
This year’s theme was “Faith and Superstition,” which made for an interesting and entertaining experience. The sculptures explored various faiths, myths, legends, and even conspiracy theories. There was even a quiz where you had to guess whether the story depicted by the sculpture was rooted in faith or entirely fictional.
As always, the sand sculptures did not disappoint.
More about the festival is under this link.
